Give Our Robots Consciousness
Physical AI can't be trained on internet data alone. Robots need to learn skills in the real world — by observing, interacting with, and operating in real environments. That's the idea behind NEURA Gym: a global network of physical training centers where robots learn industrial tasks/skills directly from experienced human operators/ the people who know these processes inside out.
As a Robot Operator, you'll work hands-on with the full range of NEURA Robotics’ platforms (including the cutting-edge 4NE1 humanoid robots), helping collect the real-world data that trains our AI systems. Through teleoperation, testing, and robot setup, you'll play a key role in improving the intelligence and performance of our robots.
What you'll do
-
Remote control NEURA’s robots through teleoperation to perform real-world tasks
-
Wear motion capture equipment while performing designated movements and actions based on project requirements
-
Execute structured data collection sessions to generate high-quality AI training data
-
Set up, calibrate, and prepare robots for testing and demonstrations
-
Monitor robot performance and closely work with on site service technicians to promptly resolve issues. Document observations.
-
Work with AI and Robotics Engineers to improve robot performance and capabilities
